About Us

DSI Management, LLC has been involved in Healthcare Management for over 29 years and during these years, facilities for the developmentally disabled and the elderly were developed and managed successfully. DSI has had significant experience successfully rehabilitating troubled operations.


Kenneth H Schultz
President
Chief Executive Officer

Kenneth H. Schultz is a Certified Public Accountant and is the President and CEO of DSI Management. After working in a Public Accounting firm while teaching a national CPA review course, Ken worked as the Controller of a chain of Healthcare facilities in Wisconsin and for Exxon Coal in Texas before co-founding DSI Management in Florida.


Gerald S. Sutton
Chief Financial Officer

Gerald S. Sutton is a Certified Public Accountant and is the Chief Financial Officer of DSI Management. Gerald began his career with Combined Risk and Insurance Management Services, Inc. (CRIMS) in Winter Park, Florida. As CFO and a stockholder of CRIMS, he was instrumental in the successful sale of the company in 1994. Gerald practiced as a sole proprietor CPA with a diverse client base from 1995 until becoming DSI Management’s CFO in 2013.


Talei Edmiston
Vice President, Quality

Talei Edmiston is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of health care experience. With a MBA in Health Care Administration and certification in occupational health, she has implemented strategies to promote employee and population health, while standardizing processes to improve efficiencies at multiple workplace health clinics. Prior to joining DSI Management in 2013, she led an Executive Nurse Committee to improve the quality and health outcomes for individuals with disabilities.


John Jackson
Vice President
Human Resources

John Jackson has over 30 years experience in health care human resources.  While employed as the Vice President of Human Resources in an acute care hospital in South Bend, Indiana, he completed his master’s degree in Public Administration from Indiana University.  John has been employed with DSI Management since 1986 and is credited with developing the Human Resources operations for the organization.


Marcia J. Hopkins
Vice President
Risk Management

Marcia J. Hopkins is a Board Certified, Department of Financial Services Licensed Insurance Professional.  She earned her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designation during her 20 year career with a national commercial insurer (The Hartford).  Her career experience and skill set allowed for development of a successful Insurance & Risk Management Program for DSI Management clients. 


Gregory Schultz
Vice President
Project Development

Greg Schultz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, Business School.  Greg spent the first 13 years of his experience in health care managing operations and business development for Curascript, Inc., a Specialty Pharmacy and Distribution Services company.  Since and currently, Greg oversees all home healthcare programs for Interim of Central Florida, LLC.  In 2011, Greg became a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA).

Emphasis is placed on structuring programs to function in a manner that is financially sound. Efficiency, quality, and safety are of primary importance. The financial performance of the operation is analyzed monthly. Services are constantly monitored so they can be maintained, expanded, and improved.
