Kenneth H. Schultz is a Certified Public Accountant and is the President and CEO of DSI Management. After working in a Public Accounting firm while teaching a national CPA review course, Ken worked as the Controller of a chain of Healthcare facilities in Wisconsin and for Exxon Coal in Texas before co-founding DSI Management in Florida. |

Jun "Roger" Zhuang is the Chief Operating Officer of DSI Management, LLC. He has a Mini MBA from Rollins College, Master of Science in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Yang Zhou Normal University. For 10 years, Roger was the Executive Director for Central Florida Communities, Inc. managing residential facilities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Roger is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in providing Behavior Analysis Services and Consultation in a variety of settings. He has worked in the field of behavior analysis and therapy since 1991, and for many years, he supervised Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Behavior Assistant Analysts (BCaBAs), in providing behavior analysis, behavior assistant services, and clinical services to intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals. |

Greg Schultz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, College of Business Administration. Greg spent the first 13 years of his career in health care managing operations and business development for Curascript, Inc., a Specialty Pharmacy and Distribution Services company. Since and currently, Greg oversees many active programs including 401k, group health insurance plans, all property management needs of the company, and home healthcare programs. In 2011, Greg became a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), and in 2020 he became a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. |

Talei Edmiston is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of health care experience. With a MBA in Health Care Administration and certification in occupational health, she has implemented strategies to promote employee and population health, while standardizing processes to improve efficiencies at multiple workplace health clinics. Prior to joining DSI Management in 2013, she led an Executive Nurse Committee to improve the quality and health outcomes for individuals with disabilities. She currently oversees the Quality and Risk Management Program and evaluates systems and processes to provide compliance with current regulations and internal policies and procedures. |

Maria Pearson is a certified Human Resources professional (SPHR) with more than thirty years’ experience. Maria has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Memphis and holds a Certificate in Ethics from the Human Resource Standards Institute. She began her Human Resources career working in the Hospitality Industry for companies such as Marriott and Interstate Hotels and Resorts and as Vice President of Human Resources for Wyndham Vacation Ownership. For several years Maria worked as an HR Independent Consultant in Pharmacy Benefits Management, Condominium Development and Preferred Employer Organizations. Maria brings her expertise in Leadership and Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and Benefits development to DSI’s diverse business enterprise. |

Veronica Otero spent the earlier part of her Accounting career working for National and International companies such as Panasonic Co and Central Parking Systems before entering the healthcare industry over 18 years ago. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Veronica also obtained her Nursing Home Administrator and Certified Nurse’s Aide Licenses in order to better understand the regulatory and care delivery challenges facing the healthcare industry. Prior to joining DSI as the Controller, Veronica was the Director of Financial and Administrative Services for Bridgeway Senior Healthcare in Bridgewater, NJ. |
Emphasis is placed on structuring programs to function in a manner that is financially sound. Efficiency, quality, and safety are of primary importance. The financial performance of the operation is analyzed monthly. Services are constantly monitored so they can be maintained, expanded, and improved.
